It is with great regret that the Tournament Organising Committee has decided this evening (Sunday) to abandon this year's tournament. The condition of the green following today's rain has raised serious health and safety concerns for participants and, furthermore, the loss of this afternoon's and evening's sessions has caused a backlog of matches which can not be re-scheduled in time for the subsequent stages of the competition. Tournament Organiser, Alan Jarrett, will be contacting participants as soon as possible regarding entrance fees.
