Congratulations to Alan Jarrett, David Rundle and Colin Wood on their selection to represent South Glamorgan Over 60s in the senior championship games this season. The county lost a closely contested final game at by the narrow margin of 3 shots, 110 - 113. This year's winners of the Over 60s Championship are the bowlers of Monmouthshire. |

Derek Hyde
played in the National Finals at Llandrindod Wells in the County Over 60s
Singles Competition. Unfortunately, he lost to J.Thomas of Aberavon B.C.
(who went on to win the competition) in the opening round of matches.
Nevertheless, it is a great achievement to reach this stage of the
competition, and Derek is to be congratulated for representing Rhiwbina on
